We have special technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to prevent unauthorized people from intercepting your credit card information.
3. I don’t wish to give my credit card information online. Are there other ways to order?
YES. You can call us toll free at 866-4-HALVIT, we would be glad to take your order over the phone. You may also order via fax or mail. Just print out your filled-in shopping cart and checkout pages and fax them to 1 (804) 747-0612 or mail them to:

4. I’d like to be reminded to purchase selected items again in the future. Can you do this?
We certainly can. After you complete the checkout process, you’ll have the option of setting up a reorder schedule. You can set the length of time until you receive your reminder. You will receive only one reminder per order for each item and you’ll have to set up a new reminder each time you make a purchase.
1. Do I need to set up an account to shop on the website?
If you want to purchase products online you must set up an account. However, you don’t need to set it up until you are ready to check out.
2. How Can I change my account information?
Click “My Account,” which you’ll find on the top navigation bar of every page. You’ll be able to change your account information and view your past orders, among several other tasks.
3. I’ve forgotten the password for my account. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password and/or email address, please call customer service at 866-4 HALVIT (866-442-5848) or email us. To submit a question or comment to us online, just click the button below. Once you have entered your question or comment in the fields provided, click Submit to send it to us.
Ordering and Payment
1. Can I view orders I’ve placed in the past?
Yes. Just go to “My Account” and click “View Order History.”
2. Will you notify me if there are problems with my order?
We will immediately notify you by email of any complications with your order, including backorders and credit card authorization trouble.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards : Visa, MasterCard
We also accept checks or money orders, if you prefer to mail in your order form.
4. Do I need to pay sales tax with my order?
Residents in some states will have applicable sales tax added to their order.
1. What are your shipping options?
Orders within the continental United States are shipped via USPS. Orders to Post Office boxes, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
2. Can customers outside the U.S. order from the website?
Yes. The order and payment methods for international orders are the same as for domestic orders. Please read our Store Policy for more information.
3. What does shipping cost and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are offering FREE Ground Shipping as a special introductory promotion. The order may take one to three business days to arrive.
For next-day air orders anywhere in the continental U.S., we charge a rate based on weight and zone. All next-day orders will be delivered on the next business day . If you order on Friday, you can expect to receive your shipment on Monday. Any order placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. For orders outside the continental U.S., delivery may take from one to ten business days. For more detailed information on shipping, please read our Store Policy for more information.
4. Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?
You will first receive an email confirming your order, then another email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
5. Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes. When you go through the order checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses for billing and shipping.
1. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the unused portion within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and full refund. No questions asked.
